The secret to getting one of these rifles at a price most of us can swallow is to order the The Palouse Trophy Series rifle. This is their syn stocked version. Base price is $2,700. I added Rogaurd finishing to the 375 H&H I ordered and upgraded the barrel to a Krieger stainless and had Talley QD mounts and rings added. Total price was $3,200. As I said previously they will build them to hold three, four, or five down for no additional charge. The actions and magazines are built around the cartridge you select which promises perfect feeding.
I am not a rich man by any means but after owning lots of standard rifles I decided to sell off most of what I had and concentrate on just 3 or 4 really nice rifles.
There is a certain appeal to having a custom rifle, including having the action machined from a solid block of steel built to your spec's. As a leftie it gives me options that the factories can't. I am just hoping mine is ready for this years moose hunt!
