I've seen them at a local gunsmith, who  stocks them on a regular basis.  To be honest, if the money is anywhere comparable between one of those and a MkX (in whatever incarnation, Remington, Whitworth, or Daley) I'd go with the Montana barreled action.  Very nicely done, pieces, and you can even get a 'custom' serial number on the things.
They don't produce a steady stream of the things, though, so supply has been spotty.  They wait until they get 'X' number of orders and then have the castings done.  
The gunsmith I mentioned has one of these in magnum length, and one of the new Sako actions side by side, and they're within a few dollars of being the same price, and I'd have to go with the Montana as it's amuch more compact receiver.
