[ Return to Contents | Post a Reply | Post a new message ] 180's Posted by BRWNBR on Mar 26 2006 i'd stick with the 180's AT LEAST, but i'm a big fan of heavy for the caliber bullets, your only talkin' a couple inches in drop between the two ad extreme ranges. you can't go wrong with heavy but you can go wrong with to light. a good 180 in an X bullet, swift, partition, trophy bonded all what i'd run with. i would stay away from bullets with no partition in the middle. not a big fan of those. you spoke of this being an all around gun from squirrels to elephants, so go with somethign that will work on the heavies...cause theres no such thing as overkill, someone made that up to sell more guns.
