Also check on Ebay.  Thats where I got my RCBS reloading kit.  there is actually a lot of reloading equipment on ebay. the basics you'll need is a scale, press, dies for each caliber, case trimmer/kit, and most likely shell holders for the calibers you are reloading. I'm haven't gotten a chance to use my kit yet so I can't say wether it is good or bad.
