[ Return to Contents | Post a Reply | Post a new message ] Well, you can say it... Posted by mauserboy on Mar 23 2006 I can only repeat what I suggested. In the reloading manuals you are hopefully using, the maximum C.O.L. is surely listed. Without having the guns to work with, there is no way an "ideal" C.O.L. can be worked up. Even factory loads will vary. But, you asked for a "universal" C.O.L. and that is what is normally listed in the manuals. Meaning no disrespect, but if you aren't aware of thie situation as it stands, then perhaps it might be best not to "load for friends", a statement which always starts the flashing red lights going for me. I have seen several friendships dissolve, one legally, because of just such a scenario. There are lots of excellent bullets factory loaded out there, and maybe your friends if they don't reload for themselves, should try some in their guns and see how they perform. Just my 2 cents worth. Previous: Barnes Manuals CowlitzSteelie Mar 24 2006 Next: you can say shphtr Mar 23 2006 Message Thread:
