Sell & Swap response

This is a response I got from the message I posted on the Sell & Swap forum. It is so curious I thought I'd post it here for some feedback, especially regarding the grear he describes in the last part. The spelling and wording are as he wrote it.
From Chris Blow:

When I E-mailed him back asking what he had and for how much, this is what he wrote:
Dear Sir,
Thanks for your reply, this are the list presently
FJFB-3-H .458 1-E for just $10
LSWC-1-M .400 TC CB means lead semi-wadcutter single die set for the discontinued Silver Press, in .40 caliber, with a truncated conical nose and a cup base for $12 each to make different noses and bases in this kind of die set.
PRO-1-R .448 PP 1-E CB means Pro-Swage single die set for reloading press, in .448 diameter for paper patching (probably for .45-70 caliber) with a 1 caliber elliptical nose and a cup base. for just $14.

My feeling is this is a person with some antique equiptment for making larger caliber swaged bullets, possibly English. This might also be some kind of odd scam. How or why he read my ad on the forum is curious. At any rate, hope this is of some interest to one of you
