Your load is fine.  I'd shoot it in my guns. Your pistol is new to me, haven't had one in my hands. It looks like a Glock clone with added grip safety, striker fired, strong lock-up.  I would say you're right the slide jam is a gun problem.  The load is below max in my Hornady book, and in any case it should feed.  I would have to have it in my hands to say any more.  I have shot that bullet in a Glock without failure.  I had a Glock forty that has had over 15,000 since new without a failure to feed.  All were handloads.

It seems your not new to pistolcraft.
