I'd take a hammerless 12 gauge side by side coach gun with a .45-70 insert for one barrel and a .223 Rem insert for the other.  Then I'd sneak a .22 LR S&W Model 17 in my pocket.  I also like Richardson's idea of a bayonet so I'd have a bayonet mount put on the shotgun so that I can charge when I run out of ammo.
