I talked with a fella-username-Mbogo on this particular round. I have thought of "rebarreling" my FN98 into this caliber and asked his loading advice. He gets 2520fps with 350grn Swift A's with RL15. So you should be able to get 2400fps with the 400grainers.
I personally would have opted for rebarreling:) though. Good shootin.
