I did't think anyone would rebore a factory contour mkII338wm barrel to 416?? Maybe if cut to no longer than 22"??

I'd look at a 325, 350 or 370grain bullet like the TSX or NF.

Many will bed the plastic Ruger stocks, but there is no way to guarantee the bedding material will stick. Usually it would require a mechanical lock and even then may break free. The factory wood stock used on Phil Shoemaker's 375H&H Ruger conversion broke after only a few shots. I'd think a properly bedded laminate stock may hold up. An aftermarket Rimrock, etc. would be best for long term reliability.
