A search of "handgun scope mounts," and you will find quite a lot of places where you can buy mounts and rings for Raging Bull .454 Casull. The only problem is that I have no idea of which brand will be best for your gun. Two are listed at the following forum, one for earlier Raging Bull handguns, while the other is for newer versions:
