A couple of weeks ago there was a thread where I was asking about what turned out to be a warped stock on my new Kimber 84M.  I did send it back to Kimber per Murphy's advice ($37 by the way), and I picked it up yesterday.  Kimber did replace the stock.  It is not quite as pretty as before, but still nice.  I can now pretty easily run a piece of paper between the barrel and the stock up to where the barrel thickens before entering the action.  The barrel still lays in the stock slightly off center, but is much better than before.  They included a sheet with a description that said "Function TestOK  Replaced Stock".  That probably has deeper meaning to others than to me, but I mostly liked the "Replaced Stock" part.  I now just need to buy rings for my scope and it is off to the range.  Thanks to all for the advice.
