Is pretty good information. In regards to "Magnums" and any other guns, what they imply  is "to shoot the biggest rifle you are most comfortable with." This way you won't injure game because of flinch.  Those who can handle recoil have no problems with any Magnum rifle. I have seen a petite woman at the Cushman shooting range shooting a .375 H&H, and she is good at it.
