After reading that, I'm convinced you make your living selling handguns in a big box store- on commission.

Won't respond point by point, because there's no point to your point.

Pack a handgun without knowing how to use it if you must, but don't encourage others to do so.  By the way, stay out of my camp and stay away from me on the river, because I don't want you even in the same watershed when a bear shows up.  I'll take a face-off with a bear any day rather than you trying to save me from the bear.

You can buy a boat and run it without any training or a license.  Doesn't mean anyone should be in it with you or navigating the same waterway with you.  Keeps the Coast Guard in business though.  Wonder who rescues the handgunners who never learn how to use them?
