I have the Remington Titanium in .30-06 (have a look at www.titanium-gunworks.com) : well, it shoots with handloaded Nosler BT 180gr about 22mm, which is less than an inch at 100meters (donīt know the yards)

Well, some things you should have done for better accuracy:
Tune the trigger
free the stock at its front side an make a glass-bedding
CLEAN the gun well: This showed a lot of lost of accuracy!!!

... and if you have done this: It is a very fine gun - I would take again, because it is amazing light, but the recoil is not much more than with my "standard weight" Ruger Express...

Take the Remington and try to save up some money for the best scope - even if it takes some time!
