The resize seems tight to me.  When I go to seat the bullet the case crushes.  RCBS has a plug in the second die that flares the case mouth - if I flare the mouth even a very modest amount the bullet seating die will not close the case enough to hold the bullet.  I have reloaded .45 ACP before (and 9mm and many other calibers for that matter) and not encountered this problem.  I haven't screwed around with this in a while. I take another crack at it one of these days.
