I just picked up a stainless win m70 and topped it with the leupold euro 2-7x33.  Its a great combination.  I shot it for the first time today with Rem coreloke 270gr RN and was pretty happy with the 1.5-2" 3 shot groups at 100 yards.  Most were closer to the 2" mark but very consistant and recoil wasn't bad at all.   I'm looking forward to trying out the 260gr Nosler Accubonds for carabou/moose.  Great rifle.
