I use the 405gr JSP in starline brass with H322 powder for 1925fps out of my guide gun.  THey shoot great and are one of the better constructed bullets for the 45/70.  Another nice thing about the kodiak bullets is they hit to the same POI as the Rem bulk 405 JSP bullets so you can alwasy practice with the cheap stuff and use the kodiaks for hunting.
