I know the L.A.R. Grizzly and the Wildey are/were chambered for the 45 win mag. The Grizzly is basicaly an upscaled 1911 colt design, I believe.  The Wildey is an all stainless gas operated handgun. I own a wildey in 45 wildey Mag,  there 475 necked down to a 45. It is the most awsome, accurate handgun I have ever fired. you can find out all about it at wildey's web sight
