My 329 came in.  It shoots 44 specials nicely but kicks like a mule with 300 grain mags.

I'm ordering some of the lower recoil 44 mag hard cast ammo from Buffalo Bore which they have created pecially for this gunhttp://www.buffalobore.com/ammunition/default.htm#low44. ; This is what I will bring to Alaska with me this fall.

Nice lightweight gun.  Changed the grips over the rubber ones which came with it.  Does anyone have any other suggestions to help tame the kick.

Hopefully I'll never use it but I will carry it one long hikes so lightweight will help.
