Will the extractor hold the cartridge, snapped under the extractor claw,  against the bolt face with the bolt out of the receiver? It should hold it tightly at all angles that's the important part. If it doesn't the extractor could drop the empty case on top of the stack during the loading cycle, jamming the next round.  If the extractor is loose on the bolt, it's not really much of an issue. You can push it forward off the bolt body and slightly put more of a bend in it's entire length then slide it back on. Then it won't be loose against the bolt, but will rub more against the bolt body making rub marks on the bolt body, at it's rear contact, which it might do anyway.
