Thanks for all the help, I tried the traditional method of bore sighting instead of using a bore chart.  Unfortunately I ran into the same problem, I don't have enough vertical adjustment to make this scope work.  I called and spoke with Dan and Garth in Beaverton this morning.  Both agreed that it sounds like an internal problem with the scope...  Thanks anyway, it was well worth the try.
