Its all about bullet placement like any other animal. Take out the brain, spine, or shoulders and what choice do they have. Mine was taken as it was coming at me, I hit it just right of center throat, it took out the neck arteries,took off the top of the heart, suspect it hit the bottom of the neck spine or caused spinal shock and exited at the back of the left ribs. It dropped like God decided to take away its legs. Went down with a thud and a cloud of dust. The ear shot I posted earlier was insurance as it laid on the ground and exited right next to the first shot.
