Take it to Homer Strickland at accuracy arms and get a muzzle break put on it.  I had him do my tikka 338 and it kicks like a 30/06 now.  I had never put too much stock in muzle breaks but after trying this one I'm sold on them for long barreled magnums.  I can completely vouch for Homer doing an excellent job.   Money well spent.  I can shoot my tikka much more accurately now that it doesn't hurt.
