McMillan makes their fiberglass stocks for the A-bolt, they are serious equipment. I am not sure about the lefty but would say they can do that as well.
They inlet their stocks to the rifle and could most likely make it left hand.  You may have to send it in to get the custom fit you need. Marc Taylor is the McMillan dealer here in Alaska, if you're in the neighborhood, or he may be able do it all by mail. You can contact him on this forum, he is the shooting moderator.
