Easy to rechamber the Winchester into 375 RUM.  Same length of cartridge.  Needs a little work on the magazine for good feeding.  It's a great idea.  Same bolt face.  Don't, repeat don't buy the 378 Weatherby unless you want RECOIL!  The 375 Dakota is standard 3.34 inch cartridge length to equal the .375 H&H in power.  The 375 RUM approaches the Weatherby so recoil will be stiff.  The 404 Jeffery case is the best rimless case going for cartridges.  Still, the 375 H&H is more than enough gun for anything that walks on earth... now charging is a different level of gun requirement.
