Hey thanks for the reply's. The gun I have has a 6 1/2 barrel and the ramp style sights with the orange inserts. The front sight is pinned. The rear sight has a square window with a white line around the whole window. I don't know what the sight is called.

Maybe I just don't know how to use the sights. How do I place the front sight in relations to the rear sight in relation to the target?

I shot a buddies pistol that had three white dots for the sights. I seemed to be able to aim a lot easier with this system. Is it possible to use this setup on the 629? I only want to be able to shoot well out to 25 yards.
