hey guys,
I think ive decided on getting a .300 win mag but im wondering which brand is the best overall gun.  I have a .308 in a remington 700 and i can shoot 1" groups at 200 yards.  I would like a rifle that is equal or better acuracy wise.  I like the design of the rem 700 but the new ones have 26" barrels, the rugers have 24's, i would rather have a shorter barrel but i dont want to sacrifice accuracy.
   I am also considering some of the new short action mags like the .300 rem UMSA.
any ideas?
