Best insight would be to compare figures with other rifles you have experience with and have a "feel" for. I have no experience with the 270WSM but correct me if I'm wrong but I think your .045" bullet seating means .045" off the bullet jam?? (distance away from touching lands). If that's the case then I think that is a good, reliable, safe number to use for a full house, high pressure hunting load. You could tweak that number up or down by a few thousands for best accuracy- just use caution and begin back at safe starting loads when doing so.
