I would like to hear what you guys are having good luck with as far as your .270 WSM Loads go.
I've had good luck with 140 TSX w/ 69.3-73.3 MagPro.  Ive seen the best results at around 73.0 gr of MagPro on my Kimber 8400 Montana.  That is with WLRM Primers, Win Cases and a seating depth of 0.045".  I dont know how to calculate the MV or recoil though.  Recoil is not bad at all.
