I am new to Alaska (1 yr), and I am planning to hunt this year.  The regs, zones, and permit systems are somewhat daunting but I'll figure it out.  What is more challengeing is finding any concrete facts about an all around good gun to carry here.  Everyone I talk to has a different opinion.  I will most likely have money for only one gun and am looking for a little help.  I would like to hunt for moose, caribou, sheep, and black bear, but would take a shot at a grizz given the right circumstances.  Can anybody point me in the right direction.  Thanks
