I don't know where you are getting your information, but AOC put a huge lobbying effort into getting more money for ADF&G this session and I think it was pretty successful. Also, AOC did not support SB170 because it turned into a monster instead of a simple, reasonable, hunting license increase. As for the haul road access issue, it was really contentious and AOC only supported opening it as long as the agencies retained full authority to regulate uses and maintain adequate planning.
