I hardly see how any group could call itself an "Outdoor Council" and simultaneously propose oil exploration in a National Park. Two words for you, and please, use Google to look 'em up.

"Prudhoe Bay."

The AOC's "Alaskans first" facade seems a thinly-veiled concession to Big Oil and the same consumerism that plagues the rest of our natural world.

Just what do you folks want the 'outdoors' to look like? A high-fence 'hunting ranch' bordering a Texas oilfield? Really high chances of "success" down there...
