Loss
Posted by AkHunter45 on May 04 2006
I would expect about a 30% loss in weight making it about 550 lbs or so, not sure if he was having fat added to his burger so there's a little added weight back if he did. Bones on a big animal like a bison are heavy and with all the trimming you can expect that amount of loss stated above but the fact that he didn't get his sausage or heart is discouraging. Sorry to hear your friend got taken so easily, hopefully he will remember this and not let it happen again.
