How? with incentive
Posted by profishguide on May 03 2006
Washington state has a Master Hunter Program (I've been one since 1997) If you complete courses on Ehtics, survivial, tracking, landowner relationships, shooting skills, donating 30 hours to wildlife projects and you learn so much more. The incentive is special tags in areas just like the hillside, depredation control, pest aninmal removal and other tags for trained hunters. I've taken Deer, Elk, Ducks, and Geese with my tag, mostly after normal seasons have closed.
