DC001, Kenia Mountains Caribou

Was wondering if anybody has hunted this area in the last couple of years? From looking at the past harvest reports, over half of the people that were drawn did not hunt! That really surprises me. Anyway, I'm wanting to try to get this permit, but was wondering good access points (walking) and if people that live on the peninsula could give more information on maybe where they have seen some caribou? What is the weather like in mid October? Hopefully, I'll get drawn. Good luck to everybody! Thanks
