early
Posted by BRWNBR on Apr 28 2006
its winter everywhere seems like, i know PWS is still locked in, the talkeetnas still have a bunch, sleeping lady hasn't started to melt yet,and kodiak is even a bit behind. the time frame for bears coming out seems pretty even over most of the state, march are the early bloomers, april are the big bloomers and may is everyone else. not always the case but kinda a general rule. every spring is different i guess. but ya, i've heard the same thing about rubbed bears, also heard that bears on the pen hardly ever rub...weird.
