Yeah I have read several posts on a couple forums where guys are discussing rubbed bears on their trip to Kodiak and it sure seems early to have rubbed bears. The guys at Andrews told me earlier this week that they have had cooler than normal weather so its a little suprising to hear that. I have been told that the bears come out later on the Peninsula than Kodiak and from what I have been able to find on weather reports from the Peninsula it looks like winter still down there. Guess well find out.
