Its obvious to most whats going on in Delta and it's to the chagrin and shame of our Fish and Game and Fish and Wildlife divisions whether at the state or federal level.
22 geese in the springtime? Can you justify that Mark Q? I cant believe you'd even try--bird numbers notwithstanding. As far as a native Spring hunt for birds in places like Barrow, hey I have no problem with that.  Those folks have earned priority with their life long hard fought living there and there simply are no birds there during the traditional times we see elsewhere.
Its been said before, (although not from me, as my post was deleted on this subject) the situation in Delta is often one of misuse and subrtofuge in the name of "subsistence".
As Yokoff Smirnoff said, "What a country!"  -how fitting.
