One good way to meet people with like interests as yours is to join one of the great organizations we have here in the state. These include DU, Ruffed Grouse, Bowhunters and the one I really promote is the Alaska Chapter of Safari Club International. They have regular meetings and support great causes, these people are highly involved in all aspects of hunting in Alaska. Check them out at AKSAFARICLUB.org or come to the Sportsmans Show and meet some of the members. I'm sure you can find somebody that also needs a hunting buddy.
