You'll need to find a guide that will do that for you and chances of that happening are nil. Brown bear hunts are most guides' bread and butter hunts and trading one for a pheasant hunt won't pay the bills. Maybe you could find someone to trade a black bear hunt for your pheasant hunt, you don't need a guide for that one. Anyways, good luck in your search.
