Moose & Bear Shot Placement

Looking for some good reference material on shot placement for moose and grizzly. I have a hunt coming up this fall and want to get prepped on where to put my shot. I'll be hunting moose with my bow and griz with by rifle. Pictures/diagrams of the vitals from different algnes would be ideal. Can anyone recommend a good book that covers the subject. Thanks.
