GO WITH A 44MAG, 454, 460, 480, OR A 50. 10MM OR 45 IS OK BUT NOT THE BEST. LIKE MANY HAVE SAID BEFORE ME, SHOT PLACEMENT IS EVERYTHING. YOU CAN NEVER BE TOO SURE ONE WAY OR THE OTHER. I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE HIT BROWN BEARS WITH 300UM UP TO A 416 RIGBY AND ITS ABOUT SHOT PLACEMENT. ALSO UNDERSTAND THIS, WHEN A BROWN BEAR IS FULL OF ADRENALINE, HE CAN TAKE A FEW GOOD SHOTS. SO THE MORE YOU CAN GIVE HIM THE BETTER.
