Rabbit hunting in south central
Posted by Crazy Mugoo on Feb 05 2006
I just recently bought a .22 and am looking to do some rabbit hunting.  I have been told to go out to rabbit slough and point mac, but dont know if those would be the best places.  I have been over to rabbit slough and we only saw tracks, not one rabbit.  I live in the chugiak/peters creek area and can drive quite a bit, but I have no idea where to go.  If anyone could give me a few areas that are reasonably populated, I would be more than greatful.  Thanks a bunch.

Next: Has been good hunting trapperbob Feb 06 2006
