Being a native of SD, I only laughed when I looked at the site you posted.  No...lol we(they since I now live in AK) don't have a feral cat problem nor would they allow it. Just like every where else, there are plenty of predators out there to keep them in check.  Besides... I bet PETA would have a hayday with this one?
