Lots of advantages and disadvantages to each. 14C is great for all the reasons you stated, but you get a more limited hunt window in a smaller area with more limited means of transport. Tok has the long season, no access restrictions and the highest percentage of 40 inch+ rams of anywhere in the state. Although Tok is managed specifically as a trophy area, Chugach rams are heavier in general. I think any sheep hunter would be thrilled with any of the 14C, TMA or Delta tags.
