I drew a goat tag for the Port Dick goat hunt--across Kachemak Bay.  The maps show an old logging and mining road from Jackalof Bay over to the Gulf side by Windy Bay.  Afriend grove the whole road back in the seventies.  Has anyone been there more recently that has infor mation if the road is hikeable, what creek crossings are typically like, and of course usual goat locations?  :-)
