[ Return to Contents | Post a Reply | Post a new message ] What a Shame Posted by Triple H on Jan 20 2006 This is getting carried away, and for obvious reasons, no longer deserves to be discussed on a hunting forum. I have tried to respond to your insults and accusations in a positive manner but have no desire to continue. I respect the fact that you are a fisherman and hunter who includes your wife in your adventures, but have great disdain for the abuse and allegations that you throw out. Not really sure exactly what your problem is because I have never even seen you before, but it's like you have some ulterior motive and want everyone to believe that there are a bunch of crazy property owners running around back there trying to scare you off there land, when in reality, it's just normal family-oriented people trying to enjoy there private property while protecting their land and rights from over-zealous people like yourself. And for general knowledge, the private property in question actually begins before the gate, and no, that is not laughable. We don't own the river, but we do own the land (minus any minimal easements but including the developed trail) leading up to the river. By the way, it must be hard to ride a bike through the woods since the easement doesn't follow the trail we developed. I have no idea what F&G says about the gate, nor do I care what F&G says about a private property issue, but do know for a fact that the Troopers are aware of it and will prosecute trespassers.
