[ Return to Contents | Post a Reply | Post a new message ] not threatening about the river Posted by AK375HH on Jan 20 2006 I completely understand that the river IS state land therefore every one has a right to fish the river. I wouldn't give any1 any problems if they were to be fishing on the river. The wards own the land behind the gate they own the land and surrounding area of the trail up to the north fork where their chairs are sitting. I would only have a problem with some1 who has no permission and is crossing the gate by going under through or around. If you access the river by another trail I have no problem It's the gate that I was told to defend. I've never seen you there, I've never seen a bike there I have no Idea what happens with you and whoever you ran into. I had only achieved "key status" a few years ago. I do agree this shouldn't keep up about the river rights. The river belongs to every1 the wards property doesn't. When I see people on the trail I simply ask...who do u know? they can pull a name from somewhere If I've heard of that ward I cannot confront them. They may be lying they may not I can't prove anything. That's my side. and no i have absolutely nothing to hide about my access of where I got the key from jack ward jr. If you know they mail trail well that's something Id like to have a piecefull convorsation about. Previous: Grizzly77? AK375HH Jan 20 2006 Next: alaska hippie AK375HH Jan 20 2006 Message Thread:
