If your not law enforcement you have no right running anybody off of anything except your own land. If they don't want people on their land then they can run them off themselves. I've heard horror stories about people's vehicles being vandalized near that gate, either way you look at it, they don't have a right to destroy anybody's property. If it's parked on private property then they should call a wrecker and have it towed at the owners expense. Like he said, if you've got a key to the gate then go up there and hunt it, i'm sure you'll see plenty of bears since no one else is allowed to hunt there.
